Willard brings more than 16 years of experience to the position, most recently serving as an avionics technician and installer with Carpenter Avionics. He is a veteran of the armed forces, having served in the U.S. Air Force. Willard received his Associate of Arts in Information Technology degree and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification from the University of Phoenix and completed specialized and technical training through the U.S. Air Force.
